各タスクに「見積もり時間」を設定し、実行するたびに「実際にかかった時間」を自動で記録します。見積もり（青）と実績（オレンジ）を見比べることで、計画の精度を自然に高められます。

タスクを開始するとフォーカスモード（全画面表示＋画面下のミニプレーヤー）になります。一時停止・再開・完了でき、実績時間は自動で保存されます。タイマーは経過時間と残り時間を切り替えて表示でき、実行ログは後から確認・編集できます。

リマインダーはタスクごとで、開始時刻を基準に発火します。タスクに開始時刻を設定し、リマインダーをオンにしたうえで、iOS の「設定」→「通知」で Flash Log の通知を許可してください。Live Activity は対応端末が必要です。

iCloud 同期は任意で、初期状態はオフです。アプリ内の設定でオンにすると、iCloud アカウント（CloudKit）を通じて端末間でタスクが同期されます。iCloud にサインインし、iCloud Drive を有効にしてください。

はい、任意で連携できます。許可すると、開始時刻のあるタスクを専用カレンダー「Flash Log」へ書き出したり、そこに追加した予定をタスクとして取り込んだり、カレンダー表示にローカルの予定を重ねて表示できます。

アプリ内の設定にある「全データを削除」をご利用ください。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータも消えます。iCloud 同期を使っていた場合は、他の端末のデータも削除してください。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

You give each task a time estimate, and every time you run it Flash Log records how long it actually took. Comparing estimates with actuals (shown in blue and orange) helps you plan more realistically over time.

Start a task to open Focus mode (a full-screen view plus a bottom mini-player). Pause, resume, or complete it — the actual elapsed time is saved automatically. You can switch the timer between elapsed and remaining time, and review or edit the execution log later.

Reminders are per-task and based on the start time. Make sure the task has a start time set and the reminder is on, then allow notifications for Flash Log in iOS Settings → Notifications. Live Activities require a supported device.

iCloud sync is optional and off by default. Turn it on in Settings inside the app; your tasks then sync across your devices through your iCloud account (CloudKit). Sign in to iCloud and keep iCloud Drive enabled.

Yes, optionally. With your permission, Flash Log can export tasks that have a start time to a dedicated "Flash Log" calendar, import events you add there as tasks, and overlay your local calendar events in the calendar view.

Open Settings inside the app and use "Delete all data." Deleting the app removes its on-device data; if iCloud sync was enabled, also remove the data from your other devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Flash Log runs on iOS / iPadOS 26.0 or later, and on Mac (Mac Catalyst). Some features — notifications, calendar integration, and iCloud sync — need permission or setup (such as signing in to iCloud).
