01概要

本ポリシーは、Flash Log（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

本アプリは、Shinichi Nambu（以下「開発者」）が提供する個人向けのアプリです。

02収集しない情報

本アプリは、以下を含むいかなる個人情報も収集・取得しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの連絡先情報
• 位置情報
• 連絡先、写真、その他の端末内データへのアクセスによる収集
• 利用状況の解析データ、識別子、トラッキング情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、第三者の解析サービスや広告ネットワーク、トラッキング用のソフトウェア部品（SDK）を一切組み込んでいません。

03端末内に保存されるデータ

利用者が本アプリで作成・入力した記録は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが開発者のサーバーや外部に送信されることはなく、開発者がアクセスすることもできません。

利用者がiCloudの同期機能を有効にしている場合、データは利用者自身のiCloudアカウントを通じて利用者のApple製デバイス間で同期されることがあります。この同期はAppleが提供するサービスによるものであり、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。この場合も、開発者が当該データにアクセスすることはありません。iCloud同期は初期状態では無効で、利用者が設定で有効にした場合にのみ動作します。

04アプリが使用する端末の許可

本アプリは、機能に応じて以下の端末の許可を求めることがあります。いずれも端末内の処理にのみ使用し、取得した情報が外部へ送信されたり、開発者がアクセスしたりすることはありません。

• カレンダー: カレンダー（タイムライン）表示に端末のローカルカレンダーの予定を重ねて表示し、その場で確認・編集できるようにするために使用します。読み取った予定は端末内で表示するためだけに用い、外部へ送信したり開発者が収集したりすることはありません。許可しない場合でも、カレンダーの重ね表示以外の機能は通常どおりご利用いただけます。
• 通知（リマインダー）: 利用者が設定したやることのリマインダーを端末上で表示するためのローカル通知に使用します。通知は端末内で完結し、外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。許可しない場合でも、リマインダー以外の機能はご利用いただけます。
• マイク・音声認識: 「声で追加」機能で、話した内容をやることとして追加するために使用します。音声の取得と文字への変換はすべて端末内で処理され（オンデバイス音声認識）、音声やその内容が外部へ送信されたり、開発者が収集したりすることはありません。許可しない場合でも、声で追加以外の機能は通常どおりご利用いただけます。

これらの許可は任意であり、iOSの「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

05第三者提供・外部送信

本アプリは、利用者のデータを外部サーバーに送信せず、第三者に提供、共有、または販売することもありません。広告配信や行動解析を目的とした外部サービスとの連携も行っていません。

06子どものプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しないため、子どもから情報を収集することもありません。年齢を問わず、安心してご利用いただけます。

07データの保持と削除

本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内に保持されます。利用者は、本アプリ内の削除機能を使用するか、本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで、いつでもデータを削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータは削除されます（iCloud同期を利用している場合の取り扱いはAppleのサービスに従います）。

08ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で改定後の内容と施行日を掲示します。

01Overview

This policy explains how Flash Log (the “App”) handles your information.

The App is a personal app provided by Shinichi Nambu (the “Developer”).

02Information We Don’t Collect

The App does not collect or process any personal information, including:

• Contact details such as name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Data gathered by accessing your contacts, photos, or other on-device content
• Usage analytics, identifiers, or tracking data

The App requires no account and includes no third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs.

03Data Stored on Your Device

The records you create or enter in the App are stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted to the Developer’s servers or any external party, and the Developer cannot access it.

If you enable iCloud sync, your data may be synced across your own Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. That sync is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Even in this case, the Developer has no access to your data. iCloud sync is off by default and runs only if you turn it on in the settings.

04Permissions the App Uses

Depending on the features you use, the App may request the following device permissions. Each is used solely for on-device processing; no information obtained through them is transmitted externally or accessible to the Developer.

• Calendar: Used to overlay your device’s local calendar events on the calendar (timeline) view and to let you view and edit them in place. Events that are read are used only to display them on your device; they are never transmitted externally or collected by the Developer. If you decline, every feature other than the calendar overlay continues to work normally.
• Notifications (Reminders): Used for on-device local notifications that remind you of to-dos you have scheduled. Notifications stay on your device and are not sent to any external server. If you decline, every feature other than reminders remains available.
• Microphone & Speech Recognition: Used by the “Add by voice” feature to turn what you say into a to-do. Audio capture and speech-to-text run entirely on your device (on-device speech recognition); your voice and what you say are never transmitted externally or collected by the Developer. If you decline, every feature other than Add by voice continues to work normally.

These permissions are optional and can be changed at any time in the iOS Settings app.

05Third Parties

The App does not send your data to external servers, and does not share, disclose, or sell your data to any third party. The App is not integrated with any external services for advertising or behavioral analytics.

06Children’s Privacy

Because the App collects no personal data at all, it does not collect information from children. The App is safe to use for users of any age.

07Retention & Deletion

App data is retained on your device. You can delete it at any time by using the delete feature within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device. Uninstalling the App removes the App’s data stored on the device (data handled via iCloud sync is subject to Apple’s services).

08Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or new features of the App. If material changes are made, the updated policy and its effective date will be posted on this page.
