Flash Pixel は、利用者のデータを一切収集しません。作成した書類は、利用者自身の管理下（端末内またはご自身の iCloud Drive）に保存されます。
本ポリシーは、Flash Pixel（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、Shinichi Nambu（以下「開発者」）が提供する macOS / iPadOS 向けのピクセルアートエディタです。
本アプリは、利用者のデータを一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、アナリティクス（解析）・広告・トラッキングの仕組みはありません。ネットワークへのデータ送信も行いません。利用者が作成した書類は、利用者自身の管理下に保存されます。
本アプリは、以下を含むいかなる情報も収集・取得しません。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、第三者の解析サービスや広告ネットワーク、トラッキング用のソフトウェア部品（SDK）を一切組み込んでいません。
本アプリはドキュメントベースのアプリであり、利用者が作成・編集した書類は通常のファイルとして利用者自身の管理下に保存されます。保存先は、端末内（ローカル）または利用者自身の iCloud Drive です。これらのデータが開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、開発者がアクセスすることもできません。
利用者が書類を iCloud Drive に保存する場合、その保管と同期は Apple が提供するサービスによるものであり、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。この場合も、開発者が当該データにアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリは、ネットワークへのデータ送信を行いません。利用者のデータを外部サーバーに送信せず、第三者に提供、共有、または販売することもありません。広告配信や行動解析を目的とした外部サービスとの連携も行っていません。
本アプリは、Apple の App Sandbox の中で動作します。アプリがアクセスできるのは、利用者が明示的に開いた、または保存先として選んだファイルに限られます。
本アプリはいかなる情報も収集しないため、子どもから情報を収集することもありません。年齢を問わず、安心してご利用いただけます。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で改定後の内容と更新日を掲示します。

Flash Pixel does not collect any data. The documents you create stay under your own control — on your device or in your own iCloud Drive.
This policy explains how Flash Pixel (the “App”) handles your information.
The App is a pixel art editor for macOS and iPadOS provided by Shinichi Nambu (the “Developer”).
The App does not collect any data. No account is required, and the App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking. It transmits no data over the network. The documents you create stay under your own control.

The App requires no account and includes no third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs.
The App is document-based: the documents you create and edit are regular files that remain under your own control, stored either locally on your device or in your own iCloud Drive. This data is never transmitted to the Developer’s servers, and the Developer cannot access it.
If you choose to store documents in iCloud Drive, that storage and syncing are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Even in this case, the Developer has no access to your data.
The App transmits no data over the network. It does not send your data to external servers, and does not share, disclose, or sell your data to any third party. The App is not integrated with any external services for advertising or behavioral analytics.
The App runs inside Apple’s App Sandbox. It can only access the files you explicitly open or choose as a save destination.
Because the App collects no data at all, it does not collect information from children. The App is safe to use for users of any age.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or new features of the App. If material changes are made, the updated policy and its date will be posted on this page.
